Who is responsible for your data

Alchimie Fruitée is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. You can reach us at contact@alchimiefruitee.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, namely your email address and your message. We use them solely to answer you and we never sell them.

Lawful basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who processes it

Messages are stored in a Google spreadsheet that only the publisher can access, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, under the transfer safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Contact form data is kept for as long as it takes to deal with your message, then deleted.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies, or anonymised audience measurement, may be used, as allowed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
